Gimmick: World traveler, seeking mostly knowledge in arcane arts. In his time and travels his also studied fighting styles of several types. Sometimes I do a supernatural version, not to heavy on the super natural. Sometimes I do easily explained possibilities, and chalk it up to magic. Now and again I like to do a comic routine where the magic trick obviously didn't go as planned or wires were visible, something to that effect. Donovan is very dark and sneaky, using his mind as he is not a very large man. Sometimes preying on other heel characters to eventually have them join him in his reign of terror or to eliminate the competition. Finds more fun in trying to convert face characters to heels, bringing out the worst in them.

Face or Heel: Donovan makes a better Heel than a face, but I'm flexible.

BIO: Beginning his training at a young age under his father, Donovan Keller aspired to be a boxer. Donovan however was not happy in this role, always looking to things more entertaining. A Traveling Carnival came through his town, and he saw a Magician's act. Instantly Donovan knew what he wanted to do. At sixteen years of age, Donovan Keller left home and broke his father's heart, aspiring to be a great magician. Not heeding his father's words about tricksters and con men, he headed head long into a dark underworld. As a Magician's assistant, he didn't make much, and learned even less. As time passed, Donovan learned the man he was working for was in fact what his father had warned him about. A con man with a knack for sleight of hand. Stealing everything from the Magician, Donovan Keller ran away from the Carnival and returned home. Once again he would train to be a fighter, and try to earn his father's respect back.

Among the belongs stolen from the trickster he worked for was a book, one in written in latin and very old. It was something about the art of magic, and various illusions and tricks from past generations of showmen. While training his fighting skills in the boxing ring, he spent many a night translating the book and studying the tricks. Learning to recreate and started performing for friends and neighbors, eventually opening for small events in town. His skills were impressive, and people from small villages would come from all around to see his shows. His training for boxing slipped, and his father once again disappointed as his younger brother now took his place in the ring.

After traveling to Dublin for a bout, they stayed to watch a wrestling event. Something Donovan instantly fell in love with the idea. The shows had flair and fighting. Something he could combine his arts in. A sport where he could use just more than his hands as weapons, as he found himself a bit more adept with his feet. Begging and pleading, both Keller boys convinced their father, a once professional boxer, to enroll them in a nearby school for wrestling. The two excelled quickly, becoming a tag team and a force to be reckoned with. "Dyanamite" Donovan Keller and "The Irish Tank" Arlen Keller, "T-N-T".

A promoter saw Donovan's skills and quickly scooped him up for his show. Promising big money and fame, Donovan Keller left Ireland and stepped in front of the camera. Debuting with a disappearing act, and colorful face paint, Donovan "The Ghost" Keller began to make a name for himself. While the show traveled to many different cities, and many different countries, Donovan's thirst for knowledge and showmanship never ceased. He studied many different fighting styles, and payed visits to many old tomes of knowledge and many modern day Magicians for tips and tricks to improve his act. When the paychecks stopped coming, the eldest Keller brother ended up in Louisiana, studying with a Voodoo woman who claimed that Donovan had learned true magic and just needed to be taught how to harness that knowledge.

When Donovan Keller reemerged in the wrestling scene, he was somehow changed. Darker, more foreboding, and now called himself "The Magic Man". Having an unnatural talent for escaping his opponents, and using tricks in the ring to distract the referee, Keller cheated and tricked his way into the main events and making a name for himself.
